Northern
Management's goal is to provide you with quality maintenance completed
in a timely manner. When a service request is brought to Northern
Management's attention, the maintenance department makes arrangements
to have your request completed within 48 hours. The work requests
that are generated are categorized between those that need immediate
attention and those that are minor routine repairs. If your request
has not been completed within the allotted time frame, please
feel free to contact us again.
If
your request is an emergency, please call (320)255-9262 Monday
through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, or dial our after
hours emergency pager at (612)530-4422.
This
form is used to contact the Northern Management Corporate office
to submit a non-emergency maintenance request. Please fill out
all of the information requested below and submit a detailed description
of your concern so your request may be handled promptly and accurately.

be as detailed as possible when describing the answers to the
questions below. In order for the maintenance department to properly
prepare themselves to remedy your request, they must get a very
detailed description of the problem at hand.

Describe
in detail a complete description of the problem.
After
submitting your request, if the repair area is blocked by personal
belongings in your apartment, please shift those items to a different
area to allow our maintenance staff complete access to the problem
area. Also, please make sure that all fixtures are sanitized.
If your request has not been handled within 24 to 48 hours, please
call our maintenance phone line at (320)255-9262. Please allow
adequate time for weekend requests. Thank you!
